How we update the catalogue
The catalogue was last updated on September 14, 2026. Prices move, and if the figure at the till differs from the figure here, the till is right. This page explains what we refresh, how often, and which numbers on this site are measured rather than estimated.
What we refresh
- Prices for all 1,282 products in the range. In the current update 1,280 of them carry one.
- Availability, so a product with no current price is dropped from the popular list rather than shown at a stale figure.
- Pack quantities, which come from the pack itself and change when a line is repackaged.
- Customer ratings and rating counts for the products shown in the popular section.
How often
The whole catalogue is refreshed on a regular cycle, and the date at the top of this page is the last time we finished a full pass through it. Between updates the price at checkout can move. The date lives here, on one page, rather than beside every figure on the site: repeated four hundred times it becomes wallpaper and stops being read.
Which numbers are measured, and which are not
This is the part most sites leave vague, so here it is plainly. Product counts, prices and pack sizes are known for the whole range: they come from our own catalogue records, all 1,282 of them. Customer ratings are a different matter. We hold measured ratings for the 88 products shown in the popular section, and those carry 72,068 ratings between them at an average of 4.64.
That average describes those products and nothing else. We do not publish an average across the whole catalogue, because we have not measured the whole catalogue, and a number that looks precise while resting on a sample is worse than no number at all.
Why the counts move
A seasonal catalogue is never still. Christmas lines appear in the summer and go quiet in February, Halloween exists for about ten weeks, and a colour that sells out does not come back until the next production run. The figure on the site is what we list on the day of the update, and it will sometimes disagree with what a search shows.

Where the buying happens
Our buy buttons hand off to the store where the purchase is completed, and payment, delivery and returns all happen there. We do not take payment, hold stock or send parcels.
