Things we can help with

• How many packs a particular occasion needs, if you tell us the guest count or the size of the space.
• What is actually in a pack: the count, the sizes included, and which colours a mixed pack contains.
• Whether two products will match each other, which matters most for ribbon and anything dyed.
• Something on this site that looks wrong: a price, a count, a photograph.
• A correction to the safety section, including a source we should have read.

Things we cannot help with

Orders, payments, delivery and returns are handled by the store where you checked out rather than by us, so their support team can act on those and we cannot. If you tell us what you ordered and what went wrong, we can usually identify the exact pack before you contact them.
